In individual therapy you will meet with a therapist one-on-one, usually for 50 minutes in a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential environment. Individual therapy allows clients to process personal concerns and work toward a resolution that allows the client to be congruent and empowered.
Individual therapy is a great opportunity for clients to sort out their feelings and become more congruent within themselves. There are soo many issues that come up in individual therapy such as: mental illness, parenting, workforce confidence, social confidence,peer relations, and trauma just to name a few. There is no issue to small or too large for individual therapy.
