Isabella has her Master's of Arts in clinical mental health counseling (2023) and Bachelor's of Arts in psychology (2020). She has worked with kids, teens, and adults focusing on working through trauma, building healthy relationships, and getting relief from their symptoms. Most recently she worked with adults on probation in community mental health.
Isabella's goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, seen, and empowered. She utilizes person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients understand their thoughts and behaviors, process through trauma, and build a healthier and happier life.
In her free time, Isabella enjoys reading, attending sporting events, spending time with her cat, listening to music, and being in nature.
