Jennifer Rupp is a seasoned mental health professional with more than 25 years of experience in the social service field.  She holds a BA in Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and an MA in Psychology from National Louis University.  Jennifer has dedicated her career to supporting adults, children and families across several social service environments in the areas of trauma, issues related to disabilities, depression, anxiety (and other mental illnesses), Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) involvement, suicidal ideations, and attachment disorders.  Jennifer is known for her empathetic approach, her dedication to empowering others through her commitment to person-centered care, and her long-standing commitment to the social service community.  Jennifer specializes in Person Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to name a few.

In her free time, Jennifer volunteers at a local animal rescue/sanctuary through fostering kittens/cats and puppies/dogs in her home as well as facilitating families with finding their furever family member.  She also enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, taking pictures of nature, and learning new things.
