Spring M. Johansson Patel (She/Her) is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 10+ years in the mental health field. 

As a woman a part of the queer community, she is LGBTQIA+ affirming, poly friendly, kink friendly, and CNM friendly.  Her main goal is to provide a safe space where clients can grow in the therapeutic relationship and through this journey we call life.

She integrates therapeutic approaches from EMDR, CBT, DBT, but mainly believes in integrative therapy. Which just means she likes to use a variety of different approaches to develop a plan that is unique to each person.

Spring primarily works with kids ages 10+, teens and adults.
